Hey there! Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me and why I do what I do.
My journey into health and fitness started with - of all things - an injury!
At 16, I dislocated my shoulder pretty badly, and after surgery to repair the damage, my goal was simple: get fit enough to get back ro rugby. What started as shoulder rehab, turned into a 40kg weightloss and a brand new obsession with health and fitness!
That transformation inspired me to become a personal triainer, helping others discover just how powerful movement and healthy habits can be. However, I did not stop there; I took it further, diving into a university degree in Nutrition to better understand how to fuel the body for success.
Along the way, I discovered the important role of recovery in addition to correct fueling and training. You can train hard and eat well, but if you're not looking after your rest and recovery, you're going to hit a wall! Thats's what sparked my love for sports therapy - because optimising Fueling, Training AND Recovery, means unlocking your true potential.
